We already have vending machines - why do we need Better Bites?
Better Bites doesn’t have to replace your existing vending service - we’re here to complement it. Most traditional vending machines focus on chips, candy, and sodas without much variety. Our machines are regularly stocked with better-for-you snacks and beverages, offering healthier options. We can easily stand alongside your current vending options, creating a more balanced and thoughtful selection across your facility.
How much space do the machines require?
All we need is 2 square feet of space, a Wi-Fi connection and a traditional 110v power outlet.
Does our company have to pay for the machine?
No – the machine and service are provided at no cost to your facility. Our revenue is generated solely through the healthy products we sell.
Can we have more than one machine at our business?
When placing a machine, we’re looking for areas with high levels of foot traffic. If your facility has enough demand, we can provide multiple machines.
If we have a contract with another vendor, can we still receive a healthy vending machine from Better Bites?
Typically, we only see exclusions at the product level, meaning if you already sell Coke with an exclusivity clause, we will need to avoid that in our tailored assortment. We find that meaningful selections of healthier options are still hard to come by with larger, national providers – and that’s the gap we’re able to fill.
Do we have to sign an agreement?
For clarity and comfort, we ask that our customers sign a basic agreement outlining our responsibilities for keeping the machines stocked and serviced. There is no time commitment or penalty for service cancellation.
How quickly can we get started?
We’re ready for you! We can have one of our machines delivered to your business in just a few weeks after your agreement is signed.
